4. Confrontational meetings must be tolerated, even by those who do not dare to speak their minds.
5. Disagreements do not mean "I think you're stupid, ugly, less than me".
6. All space needs action. Action leads to change. Change does not imply Betterment.
7. Work does not mean friendship. Friendship does not mean team work.
8. A mediocre administration will turn followers into leaders, leaders into freaks.
9. Uniforms may encourage new hair styles and more visits to the bathroom.
10. "Rules apply to ALL" do not apply to everyone.
